How much are the tickets?

Tickets are $5.00 each, if they are purchased online - there is a $.50 service fee, for a total $5.50 per ticket

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account by clicking here
Once logged in, go to "My Account" you can update all of your details in here, including your password

What time will the draw take place?

The draw is scheduled for 8;00pm on Thursday evenings, although - depending on the volume of sales - it could take a little longer before the draw is held. Visit the Borden-Carleton Chase the Ace Facebook page, as we will be doing the draw Live.

Can lottery tickets be sold off-island?

Provincial Laws, as laid out by the Department of Justice and Public Safety states that,

"No, all tickets must be sold on PEI. In order to sell tickets in another jurisdiction, you must also obtain a license in that jurisdiction."

We do not have a License for other jurisdictions, and can not legally sell off-Island

I'm on PEI but the website says I'm not - what now?

We've found that people using Satellite internet can experience this issue (not all the time) however.
If this should happen, we suggest disconnecting from your WiFi, and use your mobile device to purchase your ticket(s) (while connected to your data)

How do I register for an account?

Go to our Sign Up page and fill in all of the fields.
after this is done, you will be able to purchase your tickets.

Where can I find my ticket numbers for the current draw?

Log into your account, then click on My Account.
Your numbers will be on the left side of the page.
If you have purchased tickets for previous draws, they will show up when you click on the dates.

Do I have to be in attendance to win?

No, you don't have to be in attendance.

My location services are not working for Microsoft Edge.

If you disable "Let desktop apps access your location" in Windows settings, the location starts working in Microsoft Edge.

Menu Call: Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Location > Let apps access your location > Let desktop apps access your location.

You may need to restart your computer for the changes to go into effect.
